The Friday E-Mail
Well a big hello to you all once more!
It’s been a week of oddities, of not much happening, or if it did, no one’s been about to mention it. What with Scott’s Internet being down, and just time being short on most people’s timetables.
What is there to say though?
Well, with the clocks going forward on Saturday night, we have more hours of light to enjoy, which is fantastic as I sit and write this using the light from my window, rather than the light from a bulb. And the weather hasn’t been too bad at all. (I’ve really hit a low point if I have to talk about the weather, haven’t I?)
Moving swiftly on though.
For me, it’s been a week of ups and downs, which have just about balanced out overall. And I’m trying my best to look forward to next week – the last week of our Easter break – rather than go into details of this one.
And what a week it’s going to be!
James C, Kat and Emery are all off to Spain to go climbing for a week in the sun – well rain and cloud are forecast, so don’t get too worked up people! Hehe. I’ll be gutted if you get wall to wall sunshine now.
Rose returns from Tenerife on Sunday to what must be a week of revision. Lucky, lucky you! **cheeky wink** Enjoy!
As for the rest of us, stuck in the country for the last two weeks and the next one to boot, the week is still young. (In fact, it’s yet to start!) Revision has to be done, coursework deadlines loom, the exams are a gloomy blur on the horizon but it’s the last week of the holidays, so you’ve got to do something fun. Anything!
I will have to leave it there now though. It’s been a dull week, what more can I offer you but a dull Friday e-mail.
Those who are going away, have fun and don’t cut Kat’s ropes whilst she’s high up a cliff! For those who are in the sunny, brilliant North West, or those returning to it, enjoy what the land has to offer, get some air and get some work done. And you know where I am if you’re up for anything.
