Well a huge hello and a massive wave to all my beautiful readers on this surprisingly pleasant evening!
This has been a pretty quiet week for us all. Well, I say quiet in the most general sense of the term possible. For some, it’s been a week of new things, of new events, things of novelty in fact.
The Chester Couple have had a fun week by all accounts. Albeit a slightly hectic first couple of days in their new jobs at Shell, but they seem to be having fun. After a week in a hotel or B&B (I forget what it actually is) Soph has her house, and Kyle… Well, Kyle will be staying somewhere. Good luck in your driving test tomorrow Kyle! You wont need it though. After all, there wont be a bin lorry in sight! And, Kyle has a promising start in the world of boxing too. His first big bout? I can’t say when, but it’s against a bloke called Andy Wise. Go get ‘im Kyle!
On Wednesday we bid a fond farewell to Helen Fei who left for her home in China before heading straight back to Oxford University when she finally returns in a few weeks. All the best Helen and no doubt we’ll be seeing you again. We just don’t know where and we don’t know when!
On Thursday, Bolton School restarted for the school year 2005-06. As those going into school had to get up much earlier than what they’re used to, James H and I decided to go and ‘join’ Phill at the bus stop to wish him well. As he departed on the bus, we toasted him with a cup of coffee before strolling to our homes for a doze and the day in. Ahh well Phill. Can’t be helped!
By all accounts the new headmistress of the Girls’ Division is “obsessed with geese” but she seems to have the traditions of the place in mind. It’s a pity the same can’t be said for the Boys’ Division. All the best in you’re A-Levels people, we wish you luck!
Thursday also saw the start of our very special campaign which is pretty close to our hearts. We need all of you lovely people to help with the cause, so I urge you all to visit http://scandalpress.blogspot.com/ , post and help in the cause. Please.
But on to today. And we wish a warm and heartfelt Happy Birthday to Miss Adriana Ferrari, who is 16 today. We do hope you have a good birthday, and we’d love to hear from you about this special day.
Another spot of news before I go. A completely new site is to be set up, to help us keep in touch with each other en-masse as we split and go to Uni, where Internet access will be more stretched and not as often used as it is now.
